MIME type (“”) is not a valid JavaScript MIME type

I need help on the below error

The script from “http://localhost:8080/webApp/BootStrap/js/jquery-3.1.1.js” was loaded even though its MIME type (“”) is not a valid JavaScript MIME type.

What is the error trying to tell me ?

When I clicked on the learn more…it gives me this page - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/X-Content-Type-Options which doesn’t tell me what exactly I have to do so I am hoping someone has the experience to advise me.

What type of file is it? (Just using an extension is not enough)

MIME types relate to if it’s TEXT / IMAGE / AUDIO etc.
