Mismatch of tasks for Rock Paper Scissors of Machine Learning with Python

I feel fCC is sending mixed messages, the fCC Article “Machine Learning with Python/Projects/RPS” and the corresponding boilerplate on github seem to be talking about completely different topics/assignments. Which is the one I am to do for the certification? I’m guessing the github one since it seems more aligned with the title of the project.
I’ve tried clearing the cache & refreshing the freeCodeCamp page with no effect.
