I cant create an account through mLab to link the mongoDB to it. Are there any other website that I can use for MongoDB and Mongoose Challenges??
mLab has been acquired by mongo itself^^
Now you can use MongoDB Atlas

I used this week is still working
it seems that Mongodb bought mLab. If you want to create a new account on mLab will transfer the page to mongodb, but if you already have an account on mLab you can still use it.
