Not my design - I just liked it and trying to recreate it.

I think there is some collision between bootstrap 3 and 4.
And I think my code is a bit messy but I’ll appreciate some feedback and ideas

  1. How to make an image appear over image?
  2. How to arrange my buttons?
  3. The small icons, explode when I shrink the browser.
