My project did not record as finished

This problem comes from 2 projects of ‘APIs and Microservices’ : Timestamp Microservice and
URL Shortener Microservice.
After I clicked the button “I’ve completed this challenge” with my link to solution and my github repo submited, I got this sign

and, yeah, my work did not record. Please help.

For your infomation: I’ve already done three projects: Timestamp Microservice, Request Header Parser Microservice and URL Shortener Microservice but the header parser one is fine.
