Nest 3 "li" elements in a "ul" element

For some reason this code isnt working. I have been asked to nest three “li” elements in a “ul” element.

My Code:

        <ul>
         <li>INFO</li>
         <li>HTML</li>
         <li>CSS</li>
        </ul>
      </nav>
