New to coding and don't know where to start

Hello everyone! I’m excited to dive into the world of coding but I don’t know where to start? What do y’all recommend to start or out put my focus on??

Hello,

FCC is a pretty good starting point for anyone who wants to learn to code. You can blindly follow the FCC curriculum and you will enjoy learning many new things here. You will need to go through both the theory and practice.

Hi Sergio,

Where to put your focus? It depends on what you want to do.
If you don’t know yet or want to start by making websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, …) the FCC Curriculum is a very good place to start as mentioned by @jwilkins.oboe and @Naheed

If you want to make games, manage web servers or databases, create Wordpress plugins, work with other content management systems like Drupal or Joomla, create Word or Excel macros, … it might be better to look elsewhere.
