Does anybody know where to find the “New User Tutorial” so I can get the “Certified” badge?
I don’t think we have one.

Maybe there was one briefly? I’ve been a moderator for as long as the forum has been around, and this is the only “tutorial” I can think of:
Looking at the list of badges, there is one for an “advanced tutorial” too. These might be features that the admins have experimented with. In any case, you’re not missing anything.
I found it. When you sign up, you get an email from @discobot and if you follow all the instructions, you earn the “Certified” badge.
