NO CERTIFICATION RECEIVED ! Responsive Web Design

Hi everyone !!! I’ve completed Responsive web design certification since 5 days now but I’ve not received by mail my authentic cert… when I go to the settings, of course, I’ve got the button SHOW CERTIFICATION but it’s not GREEN like others and I cannot download it . is it normal ? or should I wait…???
