Are you fishing for brilliant ideas? I think that most people, if they come up with a great idea, would not want to give it away. I think you’ll have to come up with your own great idea. Or find someone else and help them. But if you don’t like coding, you’ll have to think of something else to bring to the table.

I’m not sure what you mean by “outsourced”, but depending on what your business focuses on, outsourcing too much of it could lead to problems. Its one thing to “outsource” the “business” aspects, while you focus on the key components, its another to try to build a business in a pinch with a variety of contributors without a clear focus on the actual key components. That way you’ll end up with “too many hands in the pot” and your business will suffer as it wont have a clearly executed vision.
I’m honestly not sure how/if you can monetize something like this. It’s possible, I just don’t understand the concept well enough to offer any advice.
One of the main advantages of running your own business is flexibility. You can easily steer your business toward the goals you want to achieve. So you could easily “find” the market with such ideas, or similar adjacent ones. However, there’s always a lot of risk and work running your own business, so make sure you understand the sort of risks you are taking.

Also I have to say it’s getting increasingly hard and almost impossible to concentrate for hours learning material online because of distractions. For me it’s almost the first priority to pick a subject which can be learned from a book, which is why a work which mostly involves developing the algorithm would be better.
