Overall work w/ VSCode and Docker

Tell us what’s happening:

Hi,before anything I’ll say YES I used a lot of AI but I want to hear from a human:), this “thing” w/ VSCode and Docker gives me headaches..I had to start from scratch at least 3 times, 2 power outages and multiple failed Suspends(Ubuntu) due to who knows what inhibitors(I had to PowerOff)and I lost my work(or didnt know how to retrieve it). How and where can I save and retrieve my work if anything happens, I’m very confused…I just want to backup and retrieve safely my work.Thx guys!
