I need help with my personal portfolio project which you can see at:

I clearly have a media query but somehow it still doesn’t pass US#9.

What am i doing wrong here?

It doesn’t pass this user story: “The navbar should always be at the top of the viewport.”

You can see where the problem is by clicking red Tests button
