Placing the project codes on GitHub and pointing to the code source and Freecodecamp in Description of repository

Hello
I really like to share projects that I have done during different courses on Github.
Currently I am doing “(New) Responsive Web Design” cousre on Freecodecamp platform.
So my question is Can we share the the code of this projects on github after writing them on Freecodecamp platform and mention that the project idea and all things belongs to Freecodecamp and I just have done it during a time in the description of repository?
