Problem with relational database learning

i am unable to start psql and i keep on getting same error please someone help me and i tried other browsers and reset my progress in relational database as well nothing worked and i also did soft reset the codeally as well nothing worked please help me.

Mario DB course stopped working

I was in the middle of Mario DB course and it suddenly stopped working.
