I completed all the projects related to Responsive Web Design. However, I don’t receive yet my certification .

You will need to go to your portfolio, then click “Update account settings”, then scroll down to the Responsive Web Design section and click “Claim Certification”. If the button is not clickable, you will need to scroll up to the Academic Honesty Policy and accept it.
