This is my first attempt at anything in coding after going the HTML/CSS section. I feel that the quote from my subject under the title may not have applied to the tribute, but i would like to get constructive criticism from the group.

I think your page looks good.
Make sure to validate your email with codepen so we can see the full view.
For your css, I would use the format tool in the settings.
Same for the html.
You have a couple of errors in your css and html.
Run your code through the html validator and css codepen analyzer.
