Hi!
I made this survey form as I couldn’t stop myself, even though I have my exams going on!
Please check it out and any feedback is most welcome.

I like your project :+1:

  • You can match labels with input boxes so that clicking on them will also check off your radio/check boxes. Hint: <label for=""> <input id="">

  • Change cursor when mouse hovers on submit button
