We cannot access a localhost link, because it is on your computer - locally hosted, not publicly hosted.

You are required to submit an app that can be accessed by the public (as stated on each project challenge page):

When you are done, make sure a working demo of your project is hosted somewhere public.

This is why you are given the option of using a service like Replit.
