Responsive Web Design certificate not unlocking

Hello FreeCodeCamp team,

I have completed all Responsive Web Design lessons and passed all 5 required projects:

  • Survey Form
  • Tribute Page
  • Technical Documentation Page
  • Product Landing Page
  • Personal Portfolio Webpage

However, I am still seeing the message:
“You must complete the prerequisite courses to take this exam”

There is no exam for this certification, and the certificate is not unlocking.

Please help resync my progress.
