Responsive Web Design Exam - "You must complete the prerequisite courses" but all courses are completed

Hi,

I completed all courses for Responsive Web Design Certification:

  • HTML: 293/293

  • Computers: 16/16

  • CSS: 1191/1191

The website says: “Congratulations, you have completed all the requirements to qualify for the exam.”

But in Exam Environment app (v1.7.5, Ubuntu), the Responsive Web Design Exam shows “You must complete the prerequisite courses to take this exam” and the Start Exam button is not clickable.

I generated a new token and restarted the app. Nothing helps.

Please help. Thank you.

Have you agreed the Academic Honesty Policy ? You have to press the button in the Settings before taking an exam. You cannot apply to any certifications without agreeing to it. Here’s a picture :
