My Responsive Web Design certification exam is stuck on “Pending Moderation” and the Start Exam button is disabled in the Exam Environment app.
I am unable to start a new attempt.
Could you please reset or unlock my exam attempt?

This is by design. You exam is “pending moderation”.
Also, until it is moderated, you should be unable to make another attempt.

I feel the time required for moderators to evaluate the exam and assign a score should be made public, or at least provided in approximate time frames on the relevant pages.
