If I write Sass using the SCSS syntax instead of the indented syntax, is it a problem that I’ve been including “Sass” instead of “SCSS” in my resume?
I think that they are so close that it doesn’t matter. I might list it as “Sass/SCSS”.

The language is called Sass. The creators sorta tried to make a distinction for a while (this is “Sass”, this is “SCSS”), but “Sass” trips off the tongue better so Sass it is. The indented syntax that uses the .sass
file extension is (IME) barely used nowadays (wasn’t used very much when it was first released either). Everyone will know exactly what you mean whatever you list in under, anyway.
