It look like they just want you to add a target attribute to your <a> tag. You can add that about the same as you did your href attribute:

<element attribute1="value1" atribute2="value2">

You should use target=“_blank” in the a tag. I just finished this step.

In the future it might be better to create a new topic, this one is rather old.

It looks like you have your anchor tag rather malformed… _blank should be the value of the target attribute, not another tag within an anchor tag.

<tag attribute="value" attribute2="value2"> text </tag>

In the above both tags would be a, the first attribute href, the first value https://freecatphotoapp.com, the second attribute target, and the second value _blank.
