Sudoku Quality Assurance Tests Fail

Tell us what’s happening:
Problem is that everything seems to be fine with code, it’s working correctly, NODE_ENV=test, tests pass locally (12 + 14 tests, all with assertions) but it fails through FCC site (last two - only chai tests).

Removing ‘use strict’ from api.js removed the problem.
