Hi

I finished my survey form:

It’s my second time doing this project. I didn’t think my first one, which I made last year, was good at all so I wanted to make it again and I am very happy with it now. I guess that’s how I’m supposed to improve my designs…

Extra: A working dark mode switch to the right of the title.

Indeed it looks pretty good! I would

give some spaces between each question.
Match labels with inputboxes so that clicking on label will toggle check/radio boxes. You can do this by giving id to inputs and for to labels.
