Hello! I think my survey form is finally ready for a first round of feedback and improvements. It is a simple survey for an university open study space. How can I improve it? Do you have suggestions? I am still a beginner so anything helps. Thank you in advance! 
At a quick glance, i like the clean look. I might suggest you consider using fieldset tags for grouping, rather than p tags.
