Good work! few suggestions.

  • Remove white margins on the edge
  • Give some paddings to your your input boxes. It will make them look better.
  • Work on your alignments for labels. They should start at the same line.
  • Change cursor to pointer when mouse hovers on submit button.

thanks for the feadback much appreciated I managed to remove the white margins and add padding… i tried to edit the labels i am failing
