Technical Documentation Page - navbar header not passing test

The project requests that I have a header in the #navbar element. I have tried it like this:

<nav id="navbar">
  <header>
    <h3>Python vs JavaScript Documentation</h3>
  </header>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#Intro">Intro</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#Variables">Variables</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#Displaying_Data">Displaying Data</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#And_Or_Not">And Or Not</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#What_Javascript_Doesn't_Have">What JavaScript Doesn't Have</a>
<nav>

And I have tried it like this:

<nav id="navbar">
  <header>Python vs JavaScript Documentation</header>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#Intro">Intro</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#Variables">Variables</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#Displaying_Data">Displaying Data</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#And_Or_Not">And Or Not</a>
  <a class="nav-link" href="#What_Javascript_Doesn't_Have">What JavaScript Doesn't Have</a>
<nav>

Could someone point me in the right direction with how to fix this?

I’m not familiar with the project you’re working on but semantically I feel a tag can encapsulate both the title and navigation items while a tag is only relevant to your nav-links. With that in mind I would try moving your tag to be your parent then wrap your nav-links in the nav tag.

MDN Docs seems to validate this: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Guide/HTML/Using_HTML_sections_and_outlines#How_Do_Sectional_Elements_Work
