I’m aware parts such as the cover letter, resume, interview, etc are all crucial to getting a good job, but in your guy’s oopinion, which is the one employers pay the most attention?

Recruiters and employers will look to well how you fit in with their culture.
You also need to research and form your own opinion about potential workplaces.
You’ll spend a lot of time there, so invest in finding out if it it worth it for you in the long term.
You could also ask employers about the things they look for in employees. There is usually a mix, so acing one aspect may not necessarily land you the job.
