Unable to claim Python Certification after passing exam (100%)

Hello,

My freeCodeCamp username is Ranjitha D K.

I have completed all 531/531 Python steps and passed the Python Certification Exam with 100%.

However, when I click “Claim Certification”, I get the message:

“It looks like you have not completed the necessary steps. Please complete the required projects to claim the Python Certification.”

I have already tried signing out and signing back in, but the issue still exists.

Could someone please check my account and help me claim my Python Certification?
