User agent style sheet

hello , I’m new here so I look forward for your advices, recently all of my html project style sheets are override by user agent style sheet and I didn’t find any solution to it. this here is sample image of my code

if you are working in the freeCodeCamp environment, the name of the css file is slightly different, it should be styles.css
