Using Sublime/Sublime Server + Github instead of codepen

Hi Everyone,

I’m pretty new here and I’m picking up where I left off from a bootcamp. I’d like to use Sublime/Sublime Server instead of Codepen for the FCC assignments. One because I’m accustomed to sublime and two because I’ve been told knowing my way around Git/Github is essential to being able to function as a developer in the workplace, so I’d like as much practice as possible. Has anyone used their own IDE for this program and/or does anyone think this might be a problem?

If you mean for the projects, there shouldn’t be any issues with developing locally + uploading GH. I do think you’re still required to have your FCC projects on Codepen to get the certification so I just normally copy/paste my code on there to submit it when I’m finished.
