That would be between you and the client. Its something that you should talk about with the client before starting the job so you know every detail. They may want you to maintain it, or they could get someone else. Whatever you do, before agreeing to do any job make sure everything is in writing. You dont want to be screwed over, because unfortunately there are some people who would do that to you. You want to make sure you are covered before agreeing.
