This is the FCC JS library that adds the test suite to your project so you can run the tests to make sure you meet all of the requirements. You can add it to your project using the <script> element in your HTML. If you are using codepen then you can instead add it by clicking on the settings icon in the upper right of the JS editor and add it in the “Add External Scripts/Pens” section.
