Wordpress backend website?

Hello Campers,

I have watched a tutorial about creating front end of a website using the wordpress dashboard only without writing any code but this is for front end.

so what about the backend website? could it be created using wordpress only without writing any code same as the tutorial I have watched for the front end?

thanks for the comment, so if I wanted to build website that needs backend code such as registration system or shopping card, would I create that with wordpress dashboard only without any coding?
