Describe your issue in detail here. When I want to add a link to the transcript from my Microsoft account, I get the message “That Microsoft username is being used by another freeCodeCamp account.” What is the reason? How can we fix it. I can’t continue because I can’t verify the trophy.

My best guess is that there is a typo in your username or someone on the FreeCodeCamp platform used your Microsoft account and already claimed it.
