I think the problem is, that the name has changes on learn.microsoft.com.

It is now Write your first C# code and not Write Your First Code Using C#

A Microsoft username can only be linked to one freeCodeCamp account. If you have previously linked your username to a different freeCodeCamp account, you will not be able to link it to a second one.
