Tell us what’s happening:

I am not able to get my certificate of Write your first code in C# linking my Mycrosoft account
This is a recurrent issue I have experienced on the Write your First Code with C# is happening to me, I have already earned a trophy as it shows this on my Mycrosoft Learn portal account, once I am trying to link my account with freeCodeCamp section in order to accomplish the course it says that my Mycrosoft account has not earned any trophy when indeed is the opposite. Please need some help in order to fulfill and close this course section. Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your message Ilenia, unfortunately I have verified that twice and all seems ok from Microsoft site as I have all the modules completed and also one trophy accomplished, however FreeCodeCamp is not taking that trophy as completed, don´t know why. Any thoughts???

As you can see here it shows up that indeed I have earned already a trophy which is the one I am trying to link with FreeCodeCamp.

However once I am trying to verify my Microsoft account and also the modules with the trophy is popping out that my userID has not earned this trophy which is not true.
