Allow changing solution links

Currently, my solutions (6 certifications/30 projects) are spread across Codepen, Replit.com, Glitch, Netlify, and github.io domains. I deployed all of them to a single source and am going to delete my accounts on these platforms. Please allow a way to edit current solution links to new URLs.

You can submit the new links and it should overwrite the old ones.
