hello guys, for the past 6 months i’ve been learning frontend and managed to build myself a portfolio but I really need that someone gives me an opinion about it and whether i should enhance it in any way and what should be the things i need to focus more on ?
Site looks great and you have got some nice projects going.
I would put the two GitHub search apps higher up in our portfolio. These are the most interesting in terms of idea and showing your tech skills, also the random user and the cocktail ones.
Add a short description of your projects in the upper top right corner of your repositories, plus the tech you have used. This way the pros visiting your GitHub will know right away what they are looking at (Remember they are all short on time).
Especially the e-com projects all have a great UI design, did you work on the design yourself?
It looks really good and I can tell from looking at your work you are very capable.
I did notice two small issues, though.
Your resume link goes to an “Access Denied” page on Google Drive. If you want a user to be able to click through to your resume, you’re going to need to change the access permissions in your Google Drive to make the file viewable to anyone with the link.
Secondly, on the projects page, when you hover over an image, the cursor turns to a hand, as it would for a link, but the images are not links. I kept trying to click the image to view the project rather than the link below. I think it would be more intuitive if either the cursor didn’t change, or if the images linked to the projects.
