You certainly can. It will be a lot of hard work, and a lot of that work will not even be technical. It’s not easy or simple or quick, but it is possible.
I’m a full time Web Developer and I don’t have a CS degree so yes its possible but with that being said it does take a lot of work.
Its possible and lots of people have done it, including myself. The only prerequisites are a passion for coding and continous learing.
