Aspiring Cyber security newbie looking for guidance

I am super excited about learning and growing my education, However, I am fairly new to Computer programing. I would like to learn and earn certificates for free rather than joining and paying for boot camps due to financial reasons. I am very interested in cyber security and would like to have a deep understanding of PYTHON C++, JAVA, and RUBY. is there anyone that could recommend the best curriculum for learning or has any additional recommendations? I would greatly appreciate some knowledge!
