What I find crazy is how the average joe still undervalues software engineering. I talked to a head manager and they said “Ai will replace coders so I think you should find another passion.” And then my friend who works in accounting says “oh ai can do it anyway so it doesn’t matter.” But the hilarious frikin thing is the slop code ai creates isn’t viable 
. I saw a website made by an ai app generator-- and on mobile it’s freaking broken 
. I don’t hate non-technical people, but their love for ai created things is a lil silly and their love for saying coders are useless today is like deranged lol. Esp with how ai code is still pretty silly. Also imo a big important thing is stack and ai just loves to use React all the time when it’s not needed…like um you want a bloated heavy page? These ai generating people also save their picture formats in .jpp and don’t know wepb exists
