I can’t sign up to FreeCodeCamp[beta] with email, and when I try to sign up with Git Hub i get error (Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later). I need help to solve this problem. Thank you! 
Creating accounts has been disabled on the Beta site. You can still work through the exercises and save your solutions elsewhere (locally, GitHub, etc) and submit them once the Beta challenges are brought into production.
