please expand on what you mean that you can’t submit it - what are the steps you are doing and what is happening?

i’ve written my tribute page and passed it,but when i put my tribute page link in the solution emty text box and click submit it doesn’t do anything it is not reloading or anything…

Can you try using a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome.
