Make sure you click the continue button on the last step of the tutorial. After that, provided you had added the user token at the start of the tutorial like the instructions said to do, it will send your data to fcc. Then from the tutorial page, you can click the reload button and it should acknowledge you completed the course. This may take a few minutes but some people say it took them a few hours so I would be patient.
