the curriculum is at freecodecamp.org/learn
there is no official certification on programming, the certificates on freecodecamp are milestones where people can celebrate their progress

official certifications do not exist for programming
the nearest you can go is a degree, this is not a field with official certs
what you (and everyone) can do is learn, and then show what you have learned showcasing the best peojects you have made in your curriculum vitae and portfolio
