unless the language is arabic so can i change that to make this symbol appear when the language is english ?
I am not sure I understand your question correctly, sorry if I don’t.
Did you change your keyboard layout to English (US/UK)? If so, < and > are the second and third keys to the left of the shift key. Type them while holding the shift key.
