Checkmark not showing on completion

I have completed the Learn Relational Databases by Building a Mario Database. But the module does not show up as completed with a checkmark.

Secondly- I am not able to upload any files to the Celestial Bodies Database module. It gives me a message - “You must complete the project first.” even though I have completed it.

I saw something about that in the pinned post in the forum. Can you look there in the troubleshooting section?
