No checkmark after completing course Learn Git by Building an SQL Reference Object

Yesterday I completed Learn Git by Building an SQL Reference Object.
There is no checkmark that I completed the course. I thought it will update overnight.

I don’t know is this is related to these recent problems with Relational Database (Beta) courses.

Having these issues from the beginning, two of the projects I did but it did not marked as done! Need some FCC staff to look into it @zaira_h can u please guide us!
